Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the counseling needs of clients, including identifying co-occurring disorders.

• Utilize the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) criteria to accurately diagnose substance abuse issues and establish appropriate treatment levels based on ASAM (American Society of Addiction Medicine) guidelines.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that encompass the substance abuse counseling component.
\n
• Create and manage discharge plans to facilitate smooth transitions for clients to appropriate levels of care.
\n
• Document all client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up services meticulously in clinical records.
\n
• Maintain an active caseload, managing case reviews and treatment plans while adhering to regulatory standards.
\n
• Coordinate support services for clients and their families, ensuring that a holistic approach to treatment is maintained.
\n
• Engage with community resources and referral sources, including legal, educational, and employment agencies, to advocate for client needs.

• Facilitate interventions for crisis situations in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
