WellBe Senior Medical is seeking an Outreach Specialist to engage prospective patients by phone, explain WellBe care options, and schedule in-home annual and comprehensive wellness visits. You will also confirm, reschedule or cancel visits and assist patients with questions to optimize the care experience.
