This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement creative interventions tailored to client needs, facilitating their journey toward achieving and exceeding personal goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for each therapy session, adhering to company protocols and quality standards.

• Conduct a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly on a full-time basis, promoting a balanced approach to work-life integration.

• Work closely with case managers, families, medical personnel, and other stakeholders to coordinate services and ensure holistic care for your clients.

• Engage in community outreach efforts to build vital relationships and enhance awareness of available mental health services.
\n
• Respond promptly to communications from the Clinical Director, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all interactions.

• Participate actively in a team-oriented approach, while also embracing your individuality and autonomy in providing care.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to lead clients toward positive outcomes.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure ongoing documentation aligns with company policies.

• Provide exemplary customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all clients.

In this role, you will support a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups from various cultural backgrounds and experiences. Your understanding of the socio-economic challenges faced by different communities will be essential in providing tailored care. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Must hold a current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless documentation and communication.

• Demonstrated experience in completing essential documentation, including initial assessments, SMART treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.

• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to timely documentation of services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year for this full-time position.
