Own recruiting at Natural. You will build the hiring engine from scratch, source and close exceptional people across every function, and shape the team that is building the first bank designed for agents. As a Founding Recruiter , you will work closest with: Kahlil is a second-time fintech founder. Loves payments almost as much as he loves talking about his strain score. CTO Eric Wang An engineer’s engineer, Eric thinks as much about systems design as he does philosophy. Neither has made him more fun at parties. CPO Walt was the youngest staff engineer at Nextdoor and a retired competitive skier. Walt is perfect (don’t tell him we told you that). ENG Krish Dholakiya Krish led the payments team at Ramp. He thinks paper checks are as underrated as crypto. Personality: mustache. LEG CLI CLI was the first regulatory hire at both Square and Stripe, and most recently served as Chief Compliance Officer at Ramp Payments Corporation. ENG Eric Jubber Eric spent his career between Amazon, Ivella, and Superpower. He loves gluten and seed oils.
