Remote Call Center Representative

Seeking motivated individuals, the fully remote Outbound Call Center Agent will engage with donors and prospective donors to secure financial gifts for various non-profit clients while maintaining productivity metrics. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls using predictive dialing equipment to communicate with donors in a positive and engaging manner Secure financial contributions on behalf of multiple non-profit clients while adhering to approved scripts Meet minimum fundraising and productivity metrics throughout the workday Required qualifications At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment history with long-term stability Access to a dedicated wired internet connection A quiet home workspace free from interruptions Basic computer skills Commitment to charitable causes and a willingness to learn
