JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Roots and Tuber Crops Lab (RTC-Lab) led by Luis Duque (PI) of the Department of Plant Science seeks to hire Penn State student(s) to work part-time research position(s).

Specifically, we are looking for a hard-working individual(s) that will maintain, experiment, and data collect relevant experimental information both in the greenhouse and field of potato development and production under heat stress scenarios. This position is part of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture - Specialty Crop Block Grant funded project "Heatproofing and resilience for potatoes in Pennsylvania".

Schedule:

20 hours per week

Compensation:

The starting rate for this job is $15.00/hour.
