Terminal Supply Company Sales RepresentativeTerminal Supply Company is a family-owned MRO distributor with 60 years of proven success, serving truck, trailer, heavy equipment, fleet, municipal, and up-fitting industries.Join a company known for its strong culture, long-standing customer relationships, and an average employee tenure of 10+ years.This territory includes the following counties: Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Galveston, Liberty, Waller, Chambers, and AustinWhat You'll Do:Manage and grow accounts through face-to-face field salesService customers directly from a stocked company vehicleMake 15–20 daily stops within your assigned territoryBuild relationships with mechanics, shop foremen, engineers, purchasing teams, and business ownersProspect and cold call to develop new accountsRequirements:Sales experience preferredService accounts within assigned territoryDevelop new accountsFollow-up on sales leads provided by Business Development teamMonitor collections on a monthly basis with Accounts Receivable DepartmentWork trade shows as determined by ManagementMaintain personal inventory, rotate all stock, keep all stock in saleable conditionSalary & Benefits:$70,000 - $80,000 guarantee salary and commissionHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceDisability insurance programs401(k) with company profit sharingWellness program
