Outside Sales Professional Natura is seeking a high-energy Outside Sales Professional to drive our mission of "biophilic magic." We are looking for a true hunter who can identify opportunities, consult with high-level decision-makers, and close deals that bring the power of nature into the modern workspace. The Opportunity Uncapped Earning Potential: $50,000 base + commission with OTE of $100,000–$120,000+ . We reward top performers who treat their territory like their own business. What You’ll Do Aggressive Prospecting: Identify and convert new B2B opportunities within the corporate, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Consultative Selling: Conduct site surveys and deliver persuasive presentations that justify the ROI of a "thriving environment." Strategic Growth: Manage the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to final contract, ensuring every deal meets Natura’s standard of quality.
