Probate Paralegal

Job Description Our boutique law firm focuses on Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship, and Trust Administration throughout Florida. We are looking for a dedicated Probate Paralegal to join our team long-term. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing probate matters with limited supervision from start to finish. Responsibilities Draft and review probate pleadings and related filings Manage client communication and maintain organized case files Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and similar tools File pleadings through the Florida Courts E‑Filing Portal Support attorneys with litigation and trial preparation as needed Assist with general administrative tasks when needed Requirements 2+ years of Florida probate (wills & trusts) experience Strong understanding of Florida Probate Code and Rules Experience drafting and filing probate pleadings Familiarity with Clio Manage (preferred) or similar systems Experience with LexisNexis or similar research tools Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience with trust administrations or guardianships Familiarity with LexisNexis automated forms Comfortable with recording real time spent in a matter Strong technical skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Florida Notary What We’re Looking For Positive, team‑oriented, and professional Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently Adaptable as processes and systems evolve Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through We are a small, collaborative team and value a positive, respectful work environment.
