Technical Project Manager

Technical Project ManagerSusquehanna is currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Enterprise Technology team, located in our Philadelphia area headquarters. You will partner with technical and business teams across the firm to support a variety of technology related projects. These initiatives will primarily focus on our Infrastructure and DevOps environment.In this role, you will:Partner with technologists and project teams to translate business requirements into creative and practical solutionsElicit requirements using techniques such as interviews, design sessions, surveys and/or other techniques as needed; create functional specification documentsManage tasks, projects and initiatives within assigned business areas/systemsChampion business process improvements and provide in depth analysis within technical and business areasWhat we're looking for:5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Project Management role, preferably within a software development environment.Knowledge of SDLC models requiredPrevious experience working with data or systems integration across multiple teams requiredExperience working with project tracking systems required; experience with Atlassian tools preferredInterest to work on a wide variety of projects and ability to manage multiple priorities at one timeWillingness and capacity to learn new technologies in an unfamiliar environmentStrong analytical/problem solving and project reporting skillsKnowledge of scripting or programming languages preferred.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
