Leave administration. Working experience with insurance carriers and brokers. Documenting compensation changes. Calling service representatives for HRIS issues. Onboarding orientation with new hires. Exit interviews with terminating employees. Communications with employees. I-9 verifications. Assist in the immigration process. Assist in tracking the company assets that employees have. Monitor state tax issues. Drafting and updating company policies. Requirements Recent graduate in Human Resources. Prefer 1-2 years of HR experience. Commuting distance (15 miles) from Schaumburg, Illinois. HRIS and Microsoft Office Products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
