Exit interviews with terminating employees. Communications with employees. I-9 verifications. Assist in the immigration process. Assist in tracking the company assets that employees have. Monitor state tax issues. Drafting and updating company policies. Requirements Recent graduate in Human Resources. Prefer 1-2 years of HR experience. Commuting distance (15 miles) from Schaumburg, Illinois. HRIS and Microsoft Office Products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
