Our team is looking for a **Contracts Administrator** to join them. You will report to the **Contracts Manager** and will have an **onsite** work schedule in **Chatsworth, CA.****To be considered for the Contracts Administrator opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:*** High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a preferred.* 3-5 years of relevant experience in a aerospace or manufacturing environment.* Aerospace industry experience and knowledge of FAR/DFAR are preferred.* NCMA certification preferred* Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.**As a Contracts Administrator, you will:*** Manage all aspects of contract process: quoting, advanced order entry, contract review, order management, account reconciliation, and delivery of products and/or services.* Review and validate PO requirements, terms and conditions, and contract flow-downs.* Ability to interpret and communicate contractual language and requirements.* Manage quotes and proposals.* Manage customer portals and maintain customer scorecards.* Facilitate all customer requests and meetings.* Maintain a high customer response rate with exceptional quality.**Our Benefits:*** Comprehensive medical insurance* Competitive PTO* Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution* Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance)* Flexible working arrangements* Paid volunteering opportunities* Access to mental health champions across our sites* Commitment to development* Employee referral program**Compensation Pay Range**$80k-$100k, based on experience*Please click here to review Ontic's .**Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
