Cancellation Policy: Call Off Policy- First 24 hours called off will be billed at a reduced rate of $10/hr. Any additional hours called off will be billed at the regular rate.

Call Off Information:

• The facilities Guaranteed Hours Policy can be found on the Job Confirmation.
• Any hours not worked need to be documented on the attached Call Off Form and sent to View email address on click.appcast.io.
• In order to be considered as called off hours, the traveler cannot volunteer to leave or miss a shift. All hours not worked will be verified with the facility.
• Short hours during Orientation Week do not count as call offs or towards any guarantee. Orientation shifts tend to be shorter due to the nature of training.
