Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage with clients through both individual and couple therapy sessions to explore emotional challenges, enhance relationship dynamics, and facilitate family healing. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of couples and families to identify specific needs and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that focus on issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, familial conflict, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies to provide targeted interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each family unit.

• Tracking progress and modifying treatment approaches as needed to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in compliance with relevant regulations.
