Step into a meaningful role providing speech-language therapy for students in a dynamic school-based setting near Youngstown, OH. This contract opportunity invites you to work closely with pediatric populations, supporting communication and language development that transforms young lives.
This position offers a unique blend of in-person engagement and flexibility, with four on-site days and one remote work-from-home day each week. The assignment runs from September 1 through June 4, making it ideal for professionals who thrive in an academic calendar structure. Caseloads are being finalized, with efforts made to align your preferences and expertise to student needs.
If you’re a Speech-Language Pathologist, whether holding your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status, you’ll find robust supervision and a supportive environment here. Dedicated mentorship is available for clinical fellows, ensuring you have guidance as you advance your experience in the school setting.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads valued
- CCC-SLP or CFY accepted; school supervision provided for fellows
- Collaborative spirit and adaptable communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions for students
- Complete assessments, develop individualized education plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with educators and families to foster student growth
- Maintain compliance with school district and state regulations
