Estate Planning Paralegal

Base Salary: Up to $110,000 Base + Benefits About the Opportunity Our client is a highly regarded boutique law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Trust & Estate Administration, Probate, Asset Protection, and Business Succession Planning. The firm represents high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and business owners in sophisticated estate and wealth preservation matters. Responsibilities Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and living wills. Assist attorneys with probate and estate administration matters Prepare probate petitions, notices, inventories, accountings, and related court filings Support trust administration from inception through final distribution Maintain and organize client files and case management systems Conduct legal research related to trusts, estates, probate, and fiduciary matters Qualifications 1+ years of Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, or Trusts & Estates Paralegal experience Strong experience drafting estate planning documents Knowledge of probate and estate administration procedures Experience working with trusts, wills, and fiduciary matters Excellent communication and organizational skills Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $110,000 annually].
