Overview Busy Boca Raton Estate Planning Law Firm seeks a full-time probate paralegal and/or estate planning paralegal. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in Estates and Trusts, be prompt, reliable, and efficient with excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. The probate paralegal would handle all aspects of Estate Administration, and the estate planning paralegal would draft Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, and related documents. Must be a team player with a positive, professional attitude. No phone calls, please. Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of Estate Administration for probate matters. Draft and prepare estate planning documents including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related instruments. Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals to gather information and ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Estates and Trusts. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a professional attitude.
