Junior Payroll Administrator

Overview Join Our Team as a Junior Payroll Administrator (Remote | Part-Time 20 hours per week). Salary: Dependent on Experience. Location: Remote – Work from Home. At We’ll Mind Your Own Business (WMYOB), we’re not your typical accountancy firm. Sure, we deal with numbers, but we also work with some of the most exciting clients in the Film and TV industry, making every day as dynamic as the people we work with. What You’ll Be Doing Managing end-to-end payroll for multiple clients on various pay frequencies (weekly, monthly, etc.). Maintaining payroll records and employee data. Submitting RTI files, and issuing year-end forms (P60s). Applying up-to-date knowledge of PAYE/NIC, SMP/SAP, SPP, SSP. Applying knowledge of pension schemes, auto-enrolment, and salary sacrifice uploads. Staying ahead of payroll legislation and compliance. Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Taking initiative to identify and solve issues proactively. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of payroll experience (ideally in a bureau environment). Confident with payroll systems specifically Iris Payroll Professional and BrightPay Cloud. A solid grasp of Microsoft Excel and general IT skills. Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). An excellent understanding of GDPR. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. Strong organisational skills and a love for precision. A team player with a problem-solving mindset. Why Work With Us?
