This facility operates as part of a health system and provides specialized hematology and oncology services across inpatient and ambulatory clinic settings. Established clinical protocols and structured workflows are in place to support coordinated oncologic care delivery throughout the covered assignment period. Clinical operations are designed to facilitate quality hematologic and oncologic care on a locum tenens basis.

Outdoor recreation, arts and culture, and family-friendly activities are distributed throughout communities statewide. Clinicians on assignment will find accessible options for exploration and leisure year-round, with regional attractions spanning beaches, mountain areas, and cultural destinations.

Clinicians will provide on-site inpatient and ambulatory hematology and oncology coverage on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the assignment spanning November 3 through November 22. The clinical scope is approximately 90% outpatient and encompasses the screening, evaluation, and treatment of oncology patients in an ambulatory setting, as well as inpatient rounding on admitted patients requiring consultation. Expected procedures include bone marrow biopsies; no intensivist responsibilities are required, and clinicians will not respond to codes or serve as backup coverage. New clinicians are required to complete orientation either the day before or the morning of the first assigned shift.
