• Coverage includes pre-op and PACU support and intra-day breaks/float as needed (referenced)
• Supervision model and collaboration with CRNAs is referenced

Case Mix (examples referenced)

• General, ortho, GYN, and GI are referenced
• No trauma and no OB are referenced
• Spinals, blocks, and epidurals proficiency is referenced
• Case logs are referenced as required

• Active North Carolina license
• Controlled substance registration and DEA are referenced
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA is referenced as required
