Senior Account Manager

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Account Management Manager will drive retention, expansion, and customer value realization in a remote environment while ensuring operational rigor and building executive partnerships. Key responsibilities: Manage, develop, and motivate a team of Account Managers to protect and secure revenue Own retention and growth performance, driving quota attainment through upsell and cross-sell strategies Oversee strategic account planning and mobilize cross-functional execution to enhance customer outcomes Required qualifications: 7-10+ years in account management or customer success, with 3-5+ years in leadership roles within cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services Proven success in exceeding retention, expansion, and revenue targets in complex enterprise environments Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust with CISOs and business executives Deep experience in managing complex renewals and high-stakes commercial negotiations Bachelor's degree in Business, Cybersecurity, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications are a plus
