Human Resources Payroll Coordinator

Allegiance Crane & Equipment is a top employer in the crane industry and currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at our headquarters office in the Clear Lake area, near NASA. HR Payroll Coordinator Essential Responsibilities
Weekly, multi-state payroll processing for 500+ team members using ADP Workforce Now.
Maintain all payroll records in payroll files and/or personnel files.
Maintain HRIS with accurate team member information. i.e. new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, withholding orders, etc.
Coordinate pre-employment activities with our branch offices for all new hires. Monitor the status of background checks & drug testing and communicate the status with the branches.
Process new hire onboarding in ADP Workforce Now.
Submit 401k contributions weekly to 401k provider.
Perform other support functions for the HR department as needed.
Requirements
Min 1 year experience using ADP Workforce Now. HRB and Time & Attendance preferred.
Min 1 year of experience processing payroll.
Positive demeanor and strong internal customer service skills.
Intermediate computer skills
Effective communication skills, both written and oral
