Qualifications:

• Valid state license and current school social worker certification (required)

• Clear and compassionate communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct individual and group support for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Participate in assessments to identify areas needing intervention and recommend appropriate resources
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and parents to implement student support plans
• Maintain documentation and reports consistent with school and district guidelines
• Serve as a critical resource for referrals to additional services as needed
• Support crisis intervention and resolution for students and school staff
