Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with colleagues from various disciplines in our Group Practice within a remote setting, ensuring a collaborative approach to client care that addresses the full spectrum of mental health needs.

• Provide immediate virtual support to families in crisis, offering guidance through challenging situations and assisting in conflict resolution via online platforms.

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to inform the development of personalized treatment plans, continuously monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth technologies, drawing from therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy to tailor your approach to each client's unique context.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to track patient data and document clinical interactions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least three years of experience providing mental health services or counseling in a relevant setting.
