Code Four is a full-service agency in Huntington Beach, CA with over a decade of experience in, well, pretty much everything. We're made up of five main divisions: agency, experiential, print, fabrication and technical – all aiming to deliver solution-based results for our clients and brands.

You will be part of a dynamic, results-driven project management team that is responsible for executing projects for a variety of clients and partners. Our projects range from event productions of all sizes to large-scale stadium branding to small brand displays. We work in a collaborative environment, meaning you'll get to work cross-functionally with our fabrication, print and agency teams.

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Construct detailed project estimates on a timely basis
• Prepare quotes for clients; be able to present plans and pricing, make changes as needed, and follow process through sale and execution of project
• Supervise all project logistics, including crew scheduling and management
• Meet directly with clients to better understand goals and objectives; may include traveling to client facilities and taking measurements/photos
• Provide detailed and thorough follow up with vendors and clients
• Effectively communicate, present and explain concepts and ideas to clients and colleagues in a professional manner
• Liaise between sales and production departments to ensure client expectations and deadlines are met
• Manage client expectations and goals/objectives throughout and beyond the project process
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and expense reports for accounting department in a timely and organized manner

We are a lean team moving at full speed, so we need someone who can match our pace and bring the following:

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (Associate's considered)
• Background and/or knowledge of engineering, architecture or other technical discipline
• 5 years' experience in end-to-end project management including leading and facilitating projects and events
• Experience in Sports, Entertainment, Retail or Corporate industries strongly preferred

• Must be highly organized with the ability to accurately track time for multiple projects

• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and overtime as needed
• A good sense of humor and strong work ethic are a must!
• A valid driver's license with clean driving record
