Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' orthopedic needs and create individualized treatment plans that align with physician directives and professional standards.
• Administer high-quality therapeutic care involving a wide range of modalities, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional movement training.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies, in-home exercises, and safety protocols, fostering empowerment and self-management.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to share pertinent information and ensure a multifaceted approach to patient management.
• Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and recovery times.
• Participate in departmental meetings, contributing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records as per agency policy and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient therapy setting.
• Mandatory certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems and word processing applications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with a diverse range of orthopedic conditions and therapies.

Compensation and Benefits
