Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with physical difficulties, impairments, or discomfort, identifying their capabilities and limitations in performing daily living activities.
• Develop and implement detailed, individualized plans of care emphasizing specific treatment types and frequency that align with each patient's recovery goals.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities and interventions—including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education—to facilitate patient recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously in line with best practices, allowing for adjustments to treatment plans based on observed outcomes and patient feedback.
• Collaborate extensively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, fostering open communication regarding treatment objectives and progress.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, pain management strategies, and injury prevention techniques to empower them in their recovery journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Current and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is essential.

• Ability to follow standard precautions while using personal protective equipment during specific procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with the clinician's experience and caseload management. In addition to the salary, we provide:
