Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for each patient, focusing on early intervention strategies and ensuring same-day evaluations when necessary.
• Create and maintain a professional working environment that promotes teamwork and quality care by actively collaborating with colleagues in clinical settings.
• Identify opportunities for clinical improvements in partnership with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to enhance treatment effectiveness and patient satisfaction metrics.
• Utilize clinical systems to manage documentation efficiently, ensuring accurate coding, charge capture, and adherence to all patient care orders.
• Drive compliance with the Florida State Practice Act and other relevant regulations, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective treatment.
• Regularly engage with referral sources, employers, and payer groups to establish and maintain professional relationships that enhance patient care pathways.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and work with other therapists to address any outlier cases, ensuring that all patients receive the highest standard of care.
• Streamline clinical workflows to optimize patient intake, referral processing, and appointment scheduling, aiming for efficiency and excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Revive Active Action Therapy, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, or chronic pain disorders. Your role will be pivotal in helping these clients achieve their functional goals, regain mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Proven ability to solve problems using logical and analytical thinking to identify key facts and viable alternatives.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with patients and families in a respectful and professional manner.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable, providing familiarity with diverse patient populations and treatment methodologies.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
