Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Flexi Rise, your role will include a range of clinical responsibilities tailored to the diverse needs of our patients:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans, considering each patient's unique capabilities and goals.
• Employ various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities, to facilitate recovery.
• Exercise independent clinical judgment to adapt treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring the most effective outcomes for your patients.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
• Engage actively in patient education, providing guidance on at-home exercises and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will primarily consist of individuals recovering from various musculoskeletal injuries, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions. Many patients are local residents of Ocala seeking specialized rehabilitation solutions tailored to their lifestyle and functional goals. You will have the opportunity to work with both adults and seniors, implementing targeted strategies to maximize their rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Physical Therapist license to practice in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, with a strong emphasis on outpatient rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience
