Position Overview

Revive Mobility Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Ocala, Florida. Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Revive Mobility Therapy, you will have the advantage of working in a supportive and collaborative onsite setting, primarily focusing on delivering therapy in the homes of patients. Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of patient needs, progress monitoring, and ongoing evaluations of effectiveness.
• Create a collaborative working environment that encourages participation from colleagues, promoting teamwork and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
• Identify clinical improvement opportunities by collaborating closely with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to enhance service delivery standards.
• Establish meaningful relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and engagement activities.
• Utilize advanced clinical systems and tools to ensure accurate and efficient documentation, optimal coding, charge capture, and completion of all patient care orders effectively.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulations set forth in the Florida State Practice Act and workers' compensation (WC) regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse group of clients, including those recovering from surgical procedures, managing chronic illnesses, or facing mobility limitations due to age or disability. Your comprehensive approach to rehabilitation will involve tailoring treatment interventions that address each individual's unique challenges, ultimately enhancing their quality of life and functional independence.

Qualifications

• An active Physical Therapist license issued by the State of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a positive and productive therapeutic relationship.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple cases in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to devise innovative treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a home care setting is advantageous, providing you with insight into the unique challenges faced by patients in their home environments.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive annual salary range of $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
