Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals, ensuring timely adjustments based on their progress.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, employing various techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities tailored to each patient's specific condition.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to promote ongoing wellness.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress in our health records system, ensuring that all treatment plans remain compliant with regulatory standards and reflect the latest safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices and actively incorporate new methodologies and techniques into your practice to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Active Life Physiotherapy, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals managing chronic pain. Our clients encompass all age groups, and we are dedicated to creating tailored treatment plans that address their specific health conditions, functional goals, and overall well-being. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in physical therapy or a related field, demonstrating expertise in clinical practices.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to evaluate and apply various therapeutic techniques effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment.
• A commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient therapy setting, particularly with a diverse patient population.
• Proficiency in specialized therapeutic techniques such as dry needling, therapeutic taping, or vestibular rehabilitation.
• A background in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems for patient documentation and progress tracking.

Compensation and Benefits
