Responsibilities and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years in customer service. Strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is highly desirable. Experience working with broker agents or having a broker license is a plus.
