This is a stable, full-time customer service position and not telemarketing, cold calling or gig work. Our agents provide real customer support for businesses across the United States and Canada. Available Full-Time Shifts This is a 2nd Shift, Full-Time position (40 hours per week). Flexibility is required. Typical Days Mondays Wednesdays Thursdays Fridays Sundays Typical Shifts (Eastern Time) 2pm–10pm 3pm–11pm Additional scheduling requirements One weekend shift per week is required Availability during holidays is required Pay & Benefits We believe in rewarding reliability and great work.
