Solution Analyst / Technical Project Manager

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 4+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical project management leading complex technology initiatives in large organizations.
• We need strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across engineering, product, and business leadership.
• We expect demonstrated capability to reason independently through system behavior, production issues, and reliability or scalability trade-offs with senior engineers.
• We look for a proven record of managing dependencies, risks, and delivery in fast-paced agile environments.
• We require a strong data-driven approach, including the ability to define metrics and OKRs, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.
• We need technical fluency across modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, SDLC, release engineering, observability, and incident management.

• We develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and timelines, to deliver ET&P capabilities on time.
• We partner with engineering and product teams to define requirements, success metrics or OKRs, and roadmaps aligned with business and developer outcomes.
• We identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers proactively, and put contingency plans in place to maintain progress.
• We drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations to achieve integrated outcomes.
• We establish and sustain the program operating rhythm, including intake, prioritization, dependency management, release planning, status reporting, and governance.
• We champion agile ways of working and continuous improvement across teams.
• We lead programs that deliver and enhance CI/CD and release capabilities by partnering with engineering teams, managing roadmaps and dependencies, and tracking outcomes.
• We use data-driven insights to improve adoption and productivity, such as active usage, DORA metrics, incident trends, and lead time.
• We collaborate with engineering customers and their leadership to encourage adoption of our capabilities.
