Following recent expansion, the organization is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to help support continued operational excellence and growth.Job DescriptionLead all plant maintenance and reliability activitiesManage preventive and predictive maintenance programsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility systemsDrive root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to reduce downtimeDevelop and improve maintenance procedures, scheduling, and documentationSupport equipment installations, upgrades, and capital projectsCoordinate outside contractors and service providersMaintain compliance with OSHA, food safety, and regulatory requirementsPartner with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to improve plant performanceMonitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvementManage maintenance inventory, spare parts, and department resourcesMentor and support maintenance personnel while remaining actively involved on the plant floorMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
