Tax Season Administrative Assistant

FINITETEK INC

As a Tax Season Administrative Assistant, you will utilize your expertise to support our team during the firm’s busy season from January to April.

As a Team Member you will:

Manage tax document intake, scanning, organizing, and routing to preparers
Assemble completed tax returns for delivery or pick up including assisting with e‑filing, payment voucher preparation, and client communications
Ensure electronic returns and support are stored correctly
Support the administrative team with general office tasks as needed
Coordinate and assist with special projects, as needed
