Inside Sales Representative

Leica Biosystems seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and build customer relationships across an assigned territory in Core Histology products. The role combines lead generation, consultative selling, and account development while partnering with field and support teams to expand market share.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales quota by prospecting, managing opportunities, and executing consultative selling of Core Histology products
- Convert marketing leads and execute outbound campaigns to identify customer needs and advance opportunities through the sales funnel
- Build customer relationships by understanding laboratory workflows, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and positioning solutions
- Partner with Field Sales, Service, Applications, and Marketing teams to align strategies and accelerate pipeline conversion
- Manage pipeline forecasting and sales execution using Salesforce and Danaher Business System tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
- Strong phone, email, and virtual communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management abilities
- Interest in building a sales career in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Experience with CRM tools and Salesforce preferred
- 1-3 years inside sales, business development, or account management experience preferred
Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 base; $90,000-$110,000 total target compensation with sales incentive
