Talent Acquisition Lead @ OSL | Listed | Regulated | Crypto Trading Platform

OSL is Hong Kong’s first SFC-licensed digital asset platform, committed to delivering institutional-grade trading, custody, and financing solutions. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are looking for a Head of Sales Trading to lead our trading team at our Hong Kong HQ .

This role is ideal for Senior Traders who are looking to step up into a bigger leadership role, take ownership of a trading desk, and shape the future of digital asset trading. If you’re open to relocating to Hong Kong, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the OTC trading desk , managing a team to drive performance and growth.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end trading SOPs for the desk.
  • Enhance trading efficiency through system automation and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across compliance, risk, and operations to ensure smooth trading activities.
Future / Optional Responsibilities
  • Contribute to new product development , supporting innovation and expansion of trading offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 6–7 years of trading experience , with minimum 5 years in traditional sell-side roles .
  • Proven experience as a trader in digital assets, OTC markets, or traditional markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a trading team and improve operational workflows.
  • Strong understanding of trading systems, automation, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong and work at our HQ.
