An established capital markets technology firm is looking for its first Head of Sales – North America to lead its expansion across the US fixed income market.
This is a genuine greenfield opportunity to build a territory from scratch, selling a proven electronic trading and workflow automation platform into regional and Tier 1 banks. Backed by a successful international business with an established client base, you'll play a key role in driving growth across Credit and Repo markets, with the opportunity to build a team as the business scales.
What you'll be doing
- Build and own the North American sales pipeline
- Win new business across regional and Tier 1 banks
- Develop relationships with senior trading and technology stakeholders
- Sell enterprise electronic trading solutions across Repo and Fixed Income
- Work closely with international leadership to shape the US go-to-market strategy
What we're looking for
- Enterprise software sales experience within capital markets
- Experience selling electronic trading solutions into sell-side institutions
- Strong network across US fixed income markets
- Proven new business hunter with experience managing long enterprise sales cycles
- Strong experience selling Repo trading technology is essential
