About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key player in the next phase of commercial growth, with a focus on building and refining the sales organization. This role is ideal for a player-coach sales leader with a background as a successful B2B SaaS AE, who has transitioned into managing quota-carrying AEs and is still deeply involved in the sales process. Responsibilities include working closely with the founders to define the sales motion, close strategic customers, and develop the sales team through coaching and the creation of playbooks. The role is highly hands-on, with a strong emphasis on execution and a direct, entrepreneurial approach to sales. The ideal candidate for the Head of Sales position at the company will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, with experience in managing and developing sales teams. While not mandatory, experience in selling to HR, people, talent, or workforce executives is considered highly attractive. The role requires a strategic thinker who can also be a doer, with the ability to build early-stage go-to-market processes, forecasting, and outbound motions. The company values a hands-on, execution-focused approach and is looking for someone who can take on significant ownership and leadership while remaining close to customers and deals. The Head of Sales will be part of a lean, entrepreneurial team and will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a rapidly scaling business.
