Back of House Staff

Rocky’s is the sports bar that doesn’t feel like one. Opening this month at 21 Broadway in Williamsburg, we’re bringing together premium hospitality, a design-forward space, and a community built around live sports. Guests can expect thoughtfully crafted cocktails, a Michelin-chef-curated menu, plenty of screens, and broadcast-quality sound.

From NFL Sundays and Premier League matchdays to UFC fight nights and NBA playoffs, Rocky’s is built around the moments that bring people together. We’re looking for back of house team members across prep, line cook, and dishwasher/porter positions to help bring it all to life.

What you’ll do

• Support daily kitchen operations, from prep and service to dishwashing and cleanup, depending on your role

• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation standards when preparing food

• Maintain proper food handling, labeling, storage, and rotation practices

• Keep stations, equipment, storage areas, and shared spaces clean and organized

• Communicate with teammates and keep the kitchen moving during busy services and major sporting events

• Take pride in your work and pitch in where needed

What you bring

• Kitchen experience is a plus; experience requirements vary by position

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

• The ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen

• Availability suited to your role, including evenings, weekends, and major sporting events
