Associate Director, Development

Reporting to the Executive/Director of Development, the Associate Director will develop and implement plans to identify, cultivate, and solicit new prospects and donors for annual/sustaining gifts, with specific goals to be met. The Associate Director, will assist the Director of Development in the staffing of the Foundation Board's Committees. Develop and Grow Your Career! Position: Associate Director, Development Shift: Day Experience: 3 to 5 years of direct experience in fundraising, preferably with an organization with demonstrated success in annual or major gift programs, donor relations and managing volunteers and/or staff. Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university required.
