Store ReceptionistThe Store Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors at the dealership. This role is responsible for providing professional guest service, answering incoming calls, directing inquiries, and supporting daily administrative operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient front office environment.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.Provide basic dealership information and assist guests with general inquiries.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating guests requests as needed.Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of confidential information.Monitor customer flow and direct guests to appropriate departments or personnel.Assist management and office staff with clerical duties as assigned.Follow dealership policies, procedures, and guest service standards.QualificationsStrong guest service and communication skills.Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer and phone system proficiency.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Dependable and punctual work habits.Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.On-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periods.Frequent use of phone, computer, and office equipment.Ability to lift up to 15–20 pounds occasionally.Ability to perform repetitive administrative tasks such as typing and filing.Ability to communicate clearly in person and over the phone.Work EnvironmentWork is performed in a dealership front office or reception area with frequent guest interaction, phone communication, and administrative activity in a structured, fast-paced environment.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
