Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Provide therapeutic sessions focusing on couples’ counseling while also seeing individual family members to address specific concerns.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to treat issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and medical issues.

• Design and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of families while monitoring progress and adjusting therapies as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients to ensure a supportive environment where they feel safe to share their experiences.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical discussions and training sessions with fellow team members to foster communal knowledge and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be crucial in addressing a diverse range of mental health issues faced by adults, children, and adolescents. You will work closely with families navigating complex dynamics such as those seen in blended families, dealing with separations and divorces, and conflicts between family members. Your contributions will directly enhance client outcomes, helping individuals and families create actionable steps toward healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Renewed Perspectives Wellness offers a competitive compensation package, ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, you will receive:
