Corporate Accountant

Position Title Corporate Accountant (Banner) – Position Number 002189, E-Class NC – Nonclassified – .53 or greater, Department: Accounting Office (MU4300) Job Description Prepare and post accrual-based journal entries to record assets, liabilities, and revenue/expense restatements in the University accounting system (Banner). Process payments between University departments and/or other State agencies. Reconcile purchase card transactions and cash balances in the University and State accounting systems. Salary $52,105 – $67,736, Full-Time Qualifications Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: One year related work experience. Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Experience: Three or more years of accounting experience. Benefits Work week: 37.5 hrs. Holiday Schedule: 13 paid holidays, including two weeks off for Winter Break.
