Counselors can manage their practice from anywhere, allowing for work-life balance and the ability to create their own schedules. All administrative tasks, including billing and paperwork, are managed by our support staff, enabling you to focus exclusively on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, utilizing evidence-based methods and your clinical expertise to foster mental health improvement.

• Facilitate open discussions for clients to express their emotions and experiences, encouraging personal insight and emotional growth.

• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining personal goals and the steps necessary to achieve them.
\n
• Evaluate each client's mental health condition meticulously, then formulate and implement personalized treatment plans with a solution-focused approach.

• Engage in ongoing assessments to monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies based on client feedback and clinical judgment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of pre-screened stable adults presenting with low acuity issues. This means that you will work with individuals who have manageable mental health concerns and are looking to enhance their overall quality of life. All clients are matched to you based on your specialties and preferences, ensuring a good fit for both counselors and clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Must hold a fully licensed status to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Previous experience in mental health counseling is essential.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature are critical for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting therapy with diverse populations, including a variety of demographics and presenting issues.

• Previous work within a telehealth setting may be advantageous, although training will be provided.

• Strong familiarity with treatment planning and implementation within a client-centered framework.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
\n
• Direct deposit payments are issued weekly for timely salary disbursement.
\n
• A healthcare stipend is provided monthly for full-time counselors to support your health and well-being.
