Customer Service RepresentativePay: $17.10/hour Temp to HireSchedule: 8AM - 5PM Monday - Friday
We're looking for a friendly, problem-solving Customer Service Representative who enjoys turning questions into solutions and creating great customer experiences. If you're a great communicator, can juggle multiple tasks like a pro, and aren't afraid of a busy day, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do

Answer incoming customer calls in a professional, upbeat call center environment.
Help customers by resolving questions, troubleshooting issues, and finding the best solutions.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Keep detailed records while navigating multiple computer systems.
Make every customer feel heard, valued, and appreciated.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of customer service experience required.
2+ years of call center customer service experience is a big plus.
Strong computer skills, including 10-key proficiency (testing required).
Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher.
Basic math skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding people skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
The ability to stay calm, focused, and professional during high-volume periods.
