We have developed a strong community-based primary care network to serve people of all ages, with locations across Boston’s metro-north region.CHA is currently recruiting Full-Time Virtualist Primary Care Physicians to join the primary care team to help improve access, continuity, quality, and efficiency of care.Position DetailsProvide high-quality, patient-centered medical care through telehealth platforms, including video visits, telephone encounters, asynchronous messaging, and remote patient monitoringConducts virtual new patient intakes to onboard new patients into the CHA Primary Care practicesProvide inbox coverage as needed, calls from nursing, and critical lab managementEvaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients across a broad spectrum of clinical conditionsPromote patient engagement and satisfaction through effective virtual communicationCollaborate with primary care providers, specialists, care managers, and other healthcare team membersFull time guaranteed base salary range of $240,000-260,000 is based on years of experience Comprehensive benefits package for employees and their familiesAs an academic affiliate of Harvard Medical School and Tufts University School of Medicine opportunities available for teaching, and academic appointments commensurate with medical school criteria.Required QualificationsMedical degree and Board Certification or Eligibility in Family MedicineLicense to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of MassachusettsPrimary care experience with a familiarity working in a remote caregiver settingExcellent communication skills with the ability to actively engage and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team Commitment to CHA’s mission and patient population For more information on CHA and to apply, please visit Qualified candidates may also submit their CV and cover letter to the CHA Provider Recruitment Department via email at View email address on click.appcast.io.
