Core Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through dedicated outreach, lead generation, and networking. Grow a strong base of recurring clients and nurture relationships month after month. Schedule appointments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate winning deals. Keep your CRM pipeline organized and updated for maximum efficiency. Promote a positive, empowered work atmosphere that values teamwork and client success. Additional responsibilities as assigned to support growth and results. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred. 2–3 years successful B2B sales experience with a true “hunter” mindset and passion for overachievement. Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) is a plus. Superior communicator, negotiator, and problem solver with meticulous follow-up.
