What You'll Do:

• Research and process exceptions, using judgment to help resolve complex operational issues.
• Partner with vendors, internal teams, and management to address procedural questions and support effective solutions.
• Review and interpret legal and banking documents for accurate internal processing.
• Perform activities across multiple systems, business lines, and product areas while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Support compliance requirements and complete additional operational duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking services operations, financial services operations, or a closely related clerical/administrative environment.
